Personal Assessment - This is Flex4Fitness’s cutting edge method that includes analyzing life patterns, workout program design, and goal setting.
Resistance Training and Conditioning - Let the exercise coaches of Flex4Fitness sculpt your body. Based on the information we gather (assessment) and focusing on the clients goals a specialized exercise program is created to ensure results.
